WARRANTY
Thank you for your interest in the products of Honey Bee Care.
The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year for the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair and defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed with the original dated sales receipt.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
●Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
● Damage of a product resulting from negligence
● Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
● Damage caused by natural disaster
● Theft or loss of the product
The Company makes no express warranty or condition whether written or oral and the company expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this limited warranty. To the extent allowed by the local law of jurisdictions outside the United States, the Company disclaims all implied warranties or conditions, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. For all transactions occurring in the United States, any implied warranty of condition of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above. Some states or countries do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages for consumer products. In such sates or countries, some exclusions or limitations of this limited warranty may not apply to the Purchaser. For consumer transaction, the limited warranty terms contained in this statement, except to the extent lawfully permitted, do not exclude, restrict, or modify but are in addition to the mandatory statutory rights applicable to the sale of this Product to the Purchaser.
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
SHIPPING
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders can take up to 2 -3 business days to be processed and shipped. Any exceptions or backorders will be communicated to the buyer via email or phone. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Additional shipping charges may apply to international shipments. In rare situations, some areas may be considered undeliverable or have additional shipping charges. This includes, but is not limited to, islands requiring ferry service or remote areas.
RETURNS
We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase from Honey Bee Care. Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible. We are happy to accept merchandise purchased from our web site within 30 days of purchase.
If possible, please return product(s) in their original packaging, along with all accompanying manuals, parts and accessories and your order information – found on either your original online receipt or the invoice that arrived with your package.
If your product is defective or was damaged during shipment, please accept our apologies. We will be happy to replace or issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item with a credit made to your original method of payment.
If your Honey Bee Care product(s) were purchased from a third-party retailer, we respectfully request that they be returned to the point of sale. For online orders, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges for the return of the product.
Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original method of payment. Customer who paid by cash will be refunded by a company check from Corporate Headquarters within 45 days; less original delivery, freight, shipping, restocking fees and any handling charges.
